The real cost
The fare-tracking list for Barcelona-El Prat has no rows yet, because a route is added only after a fare has been observed on a dated search. Use the More routes page to find destinations, then confirm the airline, its terminal (T1 or T2) and the final price with the airline or the seller. Nothing on this site is a live fare.

Routes with fare tracking
0 routes with observationsAmounts are dated historical observations, not live prices or guaranteed offers. Only confirmed destinations with a working route page are included.
There is not yet enough history to publish a trend or typical fare.
How the fare-tracking list works
A route from Barcelona-El Prat earns a row here only after a fare for it has been observed on a known date. The row then gives that last price and its date, the airline, the route's state and the number of days of history, and a direct-or-connecting column is added once at least one route has that confirmed. The heading counts the routes with observations. A search box and filters by country, airline and price state appear once there are rows. Until then, destinations are listed on the More routes page.
Barcelona-El Prat's traffic in 2025
57,483,036 passengers passed through the airport in 2025, up 4.4% on 2024, on 360,786 aircraft movements; it also handled 200,770 tonnes of cargo. Most flights use T1, the terminal opened in 2009, and long-haul services to countries outside Schengen board there from gates D and E. Who flies from here is in the airline directory.
Routes that need a second look
The Barcelona-Madrid air shuttle (Pont Aeri) runs from its own corner of T1 on Floor 1, with a lounge reserved for its passengers. On routes shared by several airlines, the carrier sets the terminal: Vueling from T1, Ryanair from T2B, easyJet from T2C. What each terminal means for the trip to the airport is costed on the ticket planning page.
The airport at the other end
A city name in a search box can hide two or three airports with different airlines and different journeys into town. The three-letter code and the airport's full name on the booking page settle it, and the destination page here shows where that airport is. Directness and the operating airline appear in the list only when the records confirm them; where they are missing, read the itinerary before you pay.
Seven checks before you pay
- Origin BCN, and a destination code that matches the airport you mean.
- The airline, and with it T1, T2B or T2C.
- The cost of getting to that terminal and home again, added to the fare.
- Identical cabin bag, hold bag and seat across the options you compare; allowances differ by airline.
- Every leg on one ticket, or else read the ticket planning page on connections before booking two.
- A passport for flights leaving Schengen; EES applies to non-EU visitors, and nobody needs ETIAS yet.
- The change and refund rules, read and saved with the final itinerary.
